So this is a very standard sports welcome bonus. However, the conditions are a bit strange: 12Play requires you to convert the deal 16 times. You have 21 days to do this, but such a high turnover requirement is anything but customer-friendly and up-to-date.
In addition, there is a maximum wagering amount that counts towards the rollover requirements for this promotion: 50% of the stated bonus. You can still win a maximum of ten times the bonus awarded. Customers with an active bonus may not place bets with odds below 1.80.
Multiple bets on the same outcome of the same event are not allowed. Bets on NHL markets are generally out and bets on NBA markets are restricted (No "two-way first to score", "two-way last to score", "team quarter with the highest score", "two-way after").
So there are many points you should pay attention to.
VIP & Loyalty Programme
12Play does not have a VIP programme, neither for sports nor for the casino.

The free bet of 200 SGD/MYR that we were able to use during our 12Play experience was quite interesting. Unfortunately, the conditions for the deal did not convince us once again.

The betting odds and especially their quality are without doubt very important keys for a fun and ultimately profitable betting experience. Of course, 12Play provides odds for the events and games so that you can precisely estimate your potential profit.
However, this bookmaker is also silent when it comes to the breakdown of the odds, which is quite common among betting providers. Accordingly, 12Play does not provide you with any concrete information on the odds key, distribution of winnings, etc.
However, since these are important facts that will ultimately show you whether you will get good overall odds with the bookie, we have done the maths for you.
For our odds key check, we randomly selected ten games from 12Play's current offer. The following ten betting odds served as the basis for the calculation:

Deposits and withdrawals
For our first deposit at 12Play, we had Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Neteller, Revolut, Skrill and numerous cryptos to choose from.
The minimum deposit is 200 SGD/MYR. You can load a maximum of 20000 SGD/MYR at once - among others. There are no fees.
Withdrawals are usually processed using the same method that was used to fund the account. A minimum withdrawal limit is not specified. A maximum of 50000 SGD/MYR can be withdrawn per week. So far, everything is quite normal, but there are unfortunately some special payment conditions at 12Play.
The maximum amount won by a customer per day may not exceed 2,000,000 SGD/MYR. If several withdrawals are made within 30 days, a minimum fee of 3% of the withdrawal amount is charged.
We can live with that, but what is bad is that you can only withdraw money from your account after you have played each deposit at least 5 times. Bets with odds of less than 1.6 (sports bets and virtual sports bets) do not count towards the rollover. If players do not meet this requirement, 12Play reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 8% on the withdrawal request.
The German betting tax of 5% is not charged at 12Play. So at least you don't have to worry about this amount being deducted additionally.
12Play carries out a KYC (know your customer) procedure before the first payout, but there is no standardised upload area for this. You have to contact support at support@12play to find out which documents you need to send in. This is no longer up to date.
The experience with the first deposit and withdrawal
By using the payment service Neteller, the deposit was extremely quick and easy. No fees were charged and we could see our deposit directly in the account.
If we had wanted to activate the bonus, this would have been possible by entering the code during the deposit. However, we refrained from doing so to speed up the real money test. This approach is quite customer-friendly.
It was less customer-friendly when it came to the turnover of the deposit.
Here, you are expected to wager five times at odds of 1.6, a value that is significantly higher than that of the competition: Point deduction! Because many players will involuntarily gamble away their deposit here.
We tried it anyway with the help of some live bets. These were accepted after 6 seconds - an average, rather fast value.
Unfortunately, the turnover conditions were our undoing and we lost our original stake. So in the end we had no money left to withdraw. Annoying when you consider that this is provoked by the turnover requirement.
Seriousness and security

This seal is important, but other labels of typical watchdogs for player protection are missing. In general, the limit settings are very rudimentary.
